Experience in international BPO ( handling US / UK customer Work closely with Corporate Individual/Technology team and Operations/Clients. Tagging Incidents / Service Request and recording. end to end follow up is practiced on Incidents.

Qualification: Graduate/UnderGraduate Skills Required: Good English Communication Desired Experience: 1- 2 years of experience in international BPO Note: Freshers can also Apply.

Salary: INR 50,000 - 3,00,000 PA.
